We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for local tours and 4–8 weeks for international packages to secure availability and best rates.

Travel insurance is optional and can be added to any package. We strongly recommend it for international travel.

Cancellations made 14+ days before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days incur a 25% fee. Less than 7 days: 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
